LS Lacrosse Game Time Change vs Lausanne

We have a change in schedule for this Saturday due to a lack of available referees at the original time. Please note the new time:

Saturday (March 3rd) – A Game vs Lausanne at 3:00 PM at Hull-Dobbs Field (Warm up at 2:15 PM)

MUS JV Lacrosse vs. White Station JV Lacrosse Canceled

The MUS JV was scheduled to play the White Station JV lacrosse team at 4:00pm on Wednesday February 29, 2012. Unfortunately, the game has been canceled due a work conflict for the White Station coaching staff. We are currently trying to reschedule the game. Our first JV game will be Friday March 2, 2012 at home against Houston.

We will be sending out the list for those on the A and B teams (or on both) by Wednesday night this week.

Thursday Lacrosse Practice (Varsity & J.V.) from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Because Rogers Field is wet we will be moving Varsity and JV practice today, Thursday, February 23, 2012. We will practice on Hull-Dobbs Field from 5:00 (or as soon as track practice is over) to 7:00 p.m.

Weather Update Varsity and J.V. Lacrosse Tryouts Monday, February 13, 2012.

Because of weather we will move Monday tryouts to Hull-Dobbs Field from 5:00 – 6:45 p.m.

In the event that MUS decides to close school early, or to cancel all after school activities, today’s lacrosse tryouts will be cancelled. We will post something on the Lacrosse Blog if that occurs.

LS Lacrosse this Week - February 13th

Great job yesterday with everyone putting up with some very cold/windy conditions. We will start regularly scheduled practices this week. In case of inclement weather, we will try to either get a gym or a classroom, but it will be rare for us to cancel a practice.

Reminder for Practices:

1. Practice starts at 6 pm sharp with all your equipment on and ready to go. Get there 5-10 minutes early to allow time to get dressed and start warming up.
2. Make sure that you bring all your equipment, cleats, and tennis shoes to every practice. Always have warm clothing to practice outside in cool/cold weather.
