Wall Drills
1. Rules
A. All drills must be performed with both hands.
B. Any wall will work, but a smooth concrete wall at least 10 feet tall is the best surface.
C. Wear you gloves. You play with your gloves.
D. Stand five yards from the wall
E. Perform this routine 3-4 times a week for 15-20 minutes and your stick skills will improve a great deal in a short period of time
2. Drills
A. Quick Stick
1) Right Hand 50 times
2) Left Hand 50 times
B. 1 Handed catch and cradle
1) Right Hand 50 times
2) Left Hand 50 times
C. 1 Hand Quick Stick
1) Right Hand 50 times
2) Left Hand 50 times
D. Split Dodge left to right, throw right catch right then split dodge right to left and throw left and catch left – 50 times each.
E. Catch and Face Dodge
1) Right Hand 50 times
2) Left Hand 50 times
F. Quick stick and change hands on every throw while the ball is in the air 50 times
G. Behind the Back
1) Right Hand 50 times
2) Left Hand 50 times
