Spring Accounting

Trapshooting parents will receive a $40 charge in the spring billing cycle to cover the cost of targets shot in April and early May.

Parents are also reminded that team-provided ammunition will run out within a few weeks.  When our stores of ammo expire, shooters will have to provide their own shotgun shells.  Purchase a case of 12 gauge, Size 8, 1 oz. loads.  If you cannot find shells made according to these exact specifications, feel free to purchase 12 gauge "target loads."  Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should boys go to the line with hunting loads, i.e. 3" duck loads.  Some brands are cheaper than others, so shop around.

Off-Road Driving at MSSA

Students are reminded to stay on MSSA's paved drive between Old Brownsville Road and the railroad crossing.  SCTP shooters have recently been pulling off the road to watch deer in the tilled field to the east, causing ruts and drainage problems.
